Settings and the account menu

Last updated: October 11, 2026

The sidebar holds your working tools: Dashboard, Library, QuickBooks Online Invoicing, File Exchange, Requests and the Enterprise tools your organization uses. Everything that configures your organization moved to one place: Settings.

The sidebar header and the identity block

The top of the sidebar is your organization's brand: the logo chosen for the Staff sidebar placement on the Brand page, at the size set there. Only an organization with no logo at all sees its name there instead. The block at the bottom left is the one place that says who is signed in and where: your avatar, your name, the role you hold (for example DoMO; a person with two roles sees both) and, on its own line, the organization you are working in. With the sidebar collapsed the block shrinks to the avatar; hover it for the name, role and organization.

Open the account menu

Select the identity block at the bottom left of the sidebar. The menu opens with:

  • Settings, the hub described below.
  • Switch organization, only when you belong to two or more organizations. The one you are viewing is ticked. Pick another and the portal reloads with that organization's data; the portal remembers your choice on this device. This menu is the only place to switch; the header no longer has a switcher.
  • Switch to client view, only when the same sign-in is also a client of an organization.
  • Help.
  • Sign out.

When the sidebar is collapsed, your initial in a circle opens the same menu.

The Settings hub

Settings groups every settings page. You only see the cards your plan includes and your role allows.

Group Cards
Organization Brand (logos, colors, fonts and where each shows), Client Payment Settings, Billing & Plans
People Team & Roles, Widget Access, Audit Log
Integrations QuickBooks connection and sync, Configure Sales Reporting
Box Counting Box Counting configuration (refund bills, base stall fees, fee prices, QuickBooks mappings, audit trail)
Analytics Analytics settings (vendor attributes and targets, market targets, capacity, dashboard thresholds, shopper counts)

Nothing was removed. Links to the old pages keep working, and the dashboard shows a one-time note (Settings now live under your name, bottom left) to anyone who had these items in the sidebar before; dismiss it with the ✕.

Good to know

  • The Analytics settings used to sit on the Box Counting Configuration page. A link to one of those sections, such as the dashboard's check the target note, now opens Analytics settings on that section.
  • The permissions did not change: a page you could open before, you can open now, from its new place.
